Denise C. Marion, 69, of Derry, NH, died Friday October 2, 2020 in the Mass General Hospital in Boston, MA. She was born in Lawrence, MA on July 21, 1951, a daughter of Ralph Devoe and the late Irene (Gravel) Devoe. She had been a resident of Derry and Southern NH for close to 40 years. Denise enjoyed baking, shopping, and spending time with her family. Having a great love for children, she was always known throughout the neighborhood as "Niecey", and to her own nieces and nephews considered to be the greatest Auntie.
In addition to her father, Ralph Devoe of Hampstead, NH; she is survived by her husband of 50 years, Paul Marion of Derry; two sons, Thomas Marion and his wife Tracy of Weare, NH, and Dennis Marion and his wife Jylle of Derry; two daughters, Jacqueline Marion of Canton, MI, and Christine Marion of Manchester, NH; five grandchildren, Dennis John, Kevin, Hannah, Stephanie and Trevor; two great grandchildren; three brothers, Thomas Devoe of North Carolina, Brian Devoe and Dennis Devoe, both of Hampstead; her sister, Sandra Pope of Vermont; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A walk-through wake with masks, social distancing and limited interaction with the family will be held on Monday, October 5th from 4 - 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry, NH, with cremation to follow. Due to State of NH guidelines, all guests are required to wear masks, minimize contact and maintain social distancing.
