Dana Michael Coffey (49) of Halifax died September 28th at home unexpectedly.
He was born in Framingham, beloved son of James (Jimmy) R. Coffey and Brenda Ann (McTiernan) Coffey of Stoughton. Dana was a contractor working in the home construction business and also helped his father at the family package store in Brockton. He loved playing pool, cooking, golfing, reading, wood working and especially caring for his niece and nephew.
In addition to his parents he is survived by a brother James L. Coffey of Halifax, his niece Elora and nephew Jimmy.
Following Cremation, Services will be held at the convenience of the family. In keeping with Dana’s wishes his Cremated Remains will be spread in the ocean at his favorite spot on Martha’s Vineyard.
Due to the COVID-19 Massachusetts Phase 3 Guidelines the Funeral Home will be open to 40 percent occupancy, face masks are required and please practice social distancing. We are all in this together.
