AVIN George of Needham, formerly of St. Petersburg, Russia, passed away September 19, 2020. Beloved husband of Marianna Avin. Devoted father of Michael Avin and his wife Elina Goldin of Marblehead, and Olga Lemeshov and her husband Alex of Ashland. Loving grandfather of Abigail Avin, and Jessica and Ellie Lemeshov. Brother of the late Miriam Savelyev. Cousin of Inna Lebedev. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A private family visitation will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 1305 Highland Ave. Needham on Monday, September 21st from 12:30 to 1:30pm. Interment King Solomon Memorial Park, West Roxbury.
