Mark A. Sowers of Berlin, MD, age 62, passed away on September 13, 2020 at the Atlantic General Hospital. Mark was born in Lynchburg, VA to the late Morton and Dorothy Sowers. He retired after 32 years from Baltimore County Utilities as a Crew Chief, and a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Mark is the devoted husband of Debra A. Sowers (nee Judge) and devoted father of Ryan Katz and his wife Katie, Adam Katz and his companion Jessica Cassell, Matthew Sowers and his wife Meagan, and Stephen Sowers. Loving grandfather of Nicholas, Matthew, Summer, Danny and Ryleigh. Dear brother of Windel Sowers, Julie Caprarola, Marcia Hook and the late David Sowers.
Friends may call at The Johnson-Fosbrink Funeral Home, 8521 Loch raven Boulevard, on Monday, September 21st, from 5 to 8 P.M., where all are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Tuesday, September 22nd, at 11 A.M. Interment in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
