DARTMOUTH - Norma L. (Mello) Bosse, age 85 years, of Dartmouth, died suddenly at home on Sunday September 13. She was the daughter of the late Manuel B. and Louise (Lopes) Mello and lived in this area all her life. A graduate of New Bedford High School, Norma was a medical secretary for Dr. John and Dr. Chowdri. An active member of Grace Episcopal Church she was a member of the Alter Guild, ECW, Vestry, Incorporation and Outreach Committees, ran the thrift shop and volunteered at The Food Pantry and Community Breakfast.
Norma is survived by her brother James E. Mello of Westboro and her sister Bernice Gregory of Littleton, and several nieces and nephews.
Her graveside service will take place on Friday 9/18 at 1 p.m. in Rural Cemetery.
Attendees are asked to meet at the main gate of the cemetery on Dartmouth St. and to wear masks. Remembrances may be made to the Grace Church Memorial Fund, 133 School St. New Bedford, Ma. 02740
