David Bohler, 47, of Irwin County, Georgia, died Wednesday, September 9, 2020, in Dublin, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held 3 PM, Tuesday, September 15, 2020 , at the Church of the Nazarene in Fitzgerald with the Rev. Joe Brown officiating. John Shep Dunn will give the eulogy. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery with Pastor Danny Bohler officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until the service hour in the sanctuary on Tuesday.
Mr. Bohler was born May 18, 1973, in Thomaston, Georgia to David & Deborah Ann Wilson Bohler. He was a 1991 graduate of Fitzgerald High School and attended Georgia Southern. He had a realtor license and an insurance license. Mr. Bohler worked in sales for the mobile home industry and was currently working in sales for Spot-On Credit Card Processing. He was an avid golfer and hunter. He recently went Deepsea fishing with his sons. Mr. Bohler served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of the Tifton First Church of the Nazarene.
He is survived by his two sons: Tristin Bohler and Ashton Bohler and their mother, Suzanne Ross Bohler, all of Valdosta; parents, David & Debbie Bohler of Irwinville; a brother, Danny & Valerie Bohler of Cordele and a sister, DeAnn Bohler Benefield of Ocilla; nieces and nephews: Kade Bohler, Nate Bohler, Kenzie Bohler, Jaxon Bohler, Weston Bohler, Greyson Bohler, Carrigan Bohler and Savannah Bohler. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
