Matthew J. Lomond of Attleboro passed suddenly on September 5, 2020.
Matt was the beloved son of Brian Lomond of South Boston and Patricia Bonner of Roslindale. Loving brother of Madelyn Lomond, Jennifer Lyndon and Kayla Cantu. He is predeceased by his grandparents Joseph and Clare Lomond and Philip and Helen Bonner. Adored uncle and best friend of Hazel Marie. Best friend to Eric, Brian, Dan and the Pemberton boys and loved by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Matt was a talented chef who loved nothing more than cooking for his friends and family and bringing his smile and his witty personality to the dinner table. He loved Boston and all of their sports teams. Matthew will be missed by so many.

Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at 10 am at Gate of Heaven Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Matthew's memory to the Gavin house at gavinfoundation.org.
