Brandon D. Mitchell of Medford passed away on September 7, with his adoring wife by his side after a brief illness. He was 34 years old. Brandon was the beloved husband of Bridget L. (Sullivan) Mitchell. Born in Stoughton, he was the cherished son of Daniel Mitchell and his wife Betty of Taunton and Kimberley (Ventura) Mitchell of Middleboro.
Brandon was employed by Stop and Shop Supermarket as the seafood manager. He was a member of the UFCW, Local #1445. Brandon loved all of the professional Boston sports teams, especially the Red Sox, which was his favorite. He was an amazing chef and enjoyed cooking for all his family and friends. Most importantly, Brandon was tremendously beloved and adored by his many nieces and nephews.
Brandon is survived by his daughter Madison Mitchell of Brockton. He was the dear brother of Danielle Jaillet and her husband Paul and Andrew Mitchell of Middleboro. Brandon was the cherished grandson of David and the late Donna Ventura of Lakeville and the late Robert and Elizabeth Mitchell. Brandon was the son-in-law of Jo-Anne Sullivan of Medford and the brother-in-law of Lucinda and Pat Catino of Saugus, Patrick and Christine Sullivan of Middleton and Shannon Sullivan of Reading. He will also be lovingly missed by his many nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, on Thursday, September 17th at 9AM, followed by a funeral Mass celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 441 Fellsway West, Medford, at 10AM. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, from 3-6PM. All attending must wear face masks and adhere to social distancing protocols.
Services will conclude with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
