Robert N. Gibeault
Retired Manger for Keller-Williams Real Estate Group

TEWKSBURY: Robert N. “Bob” Gibeault, age 71, a resident of Tewksbury for 20 years, formerly of Franklin, passed away at the Lowell General Hospital on Friday, September 4, 2020.

He was the beloved husband of Lisa A. (Carfagno) Gibeault, with whom he celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary on June 15, 2020.

Born in Milford on August 8, 1949, he was the son of the late Norman and Margaret “Peggy” (Molle) Gibeault.

Bob was raised in Franklin. He attended Franklin schools, graduating from Franklin High School in 1967. He later attended Ohio State University.

In September of 1967, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and served during the Vietnam War with the 3245th Air Base Group. Bob was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, and the Vietnam Service Medal with 1 Bronze Service Star for his active duty service.

Bob worked for the Milford Shoe Company, Lotus and I.B.M. Computer Companies until entering the real estate industry, ending his working career at Keller-Williams Real Estate Group in Andover.

Bob was an accomplished drummer and in earlier years played for several area bands.

He enjoyed following professional sports, music, reading, the companionship of the family dog “Lily”, and cooking. Bob was well known for his meatballs and pasta sauce.

In addition to his wife, family members include four children, Kathleen E. Hubbard and her husband Craig of Leominster, Michael J. Gibeault and his wife Melissa of Franklin, Matthew A. Gibeault of Boston, and Emalee J. Dunbar and her boyfriend Angelo Cotoni of Newton; four grandchildren, Samuel and Grace Pfeiffer, and Thomas and Emma Gibeault; three brothers, Ronald Gibeault of NH, the late Richard Gibeault, and Marc Gibeault of FL. He also leaves many extended family members and friends.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, Sept. 9, from 4-7 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. Per State guidelines, masks/face coverings and social distancing is required. At the request of the family there are No Funeral Services. Kindly Omit Flowers.
