Cary (Costa) Watchmaker, 79, of Medway, died Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at her home. She was the beloved wife of Steven J. Watchmaker for over 40 years.
Born in Falmouth on June 14, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Maria (Furtado) Costa.
Cary was a resident of Medway for the past three years and formerly resided in Medfield. She grew up in Falmouth and was educated New Bedford.
Before her retirement, Cary worked as a real estate broker for many years.
She enjoyed interior decorating, floral design baking, gardening, decorating for Christmas, and loved dogs. All who knew Cary will remember her kind spirit.
Cary is survived by her husband, Steven, her son Jeff Watchmaker and his wife Maureen of Mendon, her daughter Liz Libertore and her husband Paul of Dedham, and four grandchildren, Jack, Kate, David and Noah.
Cary was predeceased by her brothers James and William Costa and sisters Janet Costa, Kitty Costa and Elsie McCloskey.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday from 4 - 7 p.m. in the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com).
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 10 at St. Joseph Church, 151 Village St. in Medway at 10:30 a.m.
