Lucille A. (Benoit) Tetrault, 101, of New Bedford died Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at St. Luke's Hospital after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Norman E. Tetrault.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late J. Arthur and Marie (Poisson) Benoit, she lived in New Bedford for most of her life.
She was a communicant of St. Anthony of Padua Church.
Mrs. Tetrault was employed by the Cliftex Corporation for many years until her retirement.
She enjoyed sewing.
She is survived by her sister, Therese Santos of New Bedford; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Robert N. Tetrault, and sister of the late Girard Benoit, Lionel Benoit, Lucien Benoit, Beatrice Lemaire and Laurette Vivian Banville.
Her Funeral will be held Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 8 AM from the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford followed by her Funeral Mass at 9 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church.
