Chad Tyson Fletcher, 34, of Tifton passed away Monday, August 31, 2020, at Tift Regional Medical Center. His funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, September 3, 2020, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Matthew Schluckebier and the Rev. Andy Ring officiating. Chad will be laid to rest at Salem Memorial Gardens.
Dave Wyatt, Monty Spinks, Mikey Willis, David King, Dan Phillips and Jacob Lipsey will serve as pallbearers.
Born September 30, 1985 in Dublin, Chad was the son of Fran Phelps Willis and Michael Willis of Tifton and the late Eddy Fletcher. He graduated from Tift County High School in 2004 and attended ABAC. He was employed with Cooksey Steel Company and he was a member of Tifton’s First Baptist Church. He loved to spend time with his daughter and he loved to fish.
In addition to his mother and step-father, Chad is survived by one daughter, Skyler Fletcher of Tifton; one brother, Ryan Fletcher of Tifton; and three sisters, Caroline Karan of Jasper and Ginny Hartsfield and Ellon Willis, both of Tifton.
