Robert L. Cowgill, 87, passed away at his home on Sunday, August 30, 2020.
He was born on August 23, 1933 in Windfall, the son of Parker Cowgill and Mary Cowgill Starr.
He served in the US Army and was employed by Delco Remy as a toolmaker for 42 years.
He is survived by his son Roger (Donna) Cowgill of Anderson; three grandchildren, Stacie Cowgill, Jodie (Randy) Bolinger, and Aaron (Sarah) Koob; nine great grandchildren and brother, Jerry Cowgill of Albany, and several nieces and nephews.
Robert was preceded in death by his wife Anna, his parents, and three siblings: Charles and Phillip Cowgill and Mary Esther Pointer.
Graveside services will be held at 12 Noon on Friday, September 4, 2020 at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery officiated by Pastor Jeremy Armiger.
Memorial Contributions may be given to Parkinson’s Disease Foundation.
