FALL RIVER…Antoine B. C. Romano, 29, of Fall River passed away August 20, 2020 at his home, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Boston, he was the son of Dominic Romano of Roxbury and Verna (Wigfall) Billups of Montgomery, AL.
Mr. Romano was a graduate of Sidney Lanier High School in Montgomery, AL where he was active in the ROTC and went on to become a coordinator after graduation. Always fun to be around, he enjoyed going for walks, fishing, playing video games and baseball and spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, survivors include his siblings: Nayshawn Niles of Dorchester, Dominic Romano, Jr., Amadou Kann, Josie Billups, Andre Billups and Diangelo Jones, all of Montgomery, AL and Aaron Billups of TX, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was the brother of the late Andrew Billups.
Funeral service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Friday, August 28, 2020 at 6 PM at South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River, MA 02723. Cremation will follow. Calling hours will be held Friday from 4 - 6 PM, prior to the service.
