Justine R. Marrone, 80, of Royal Range Road, Sandown, NH died Saturday July 13, 2002 at the Integrated Health Services in Derry. She was born in Somerville, MA on February 22, 1922, a daughter of the late Albert and Ada (Collina) Castignoli. She was a resident of Sandown since 1976, formerly living in Weymouth, MA for 15 years. She graduated from Somerville High School in 1940. She enjoyed cooking, crossword puzzles and reading.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Daniel Marrone, of Sandown, one son, Daniel P. Marrone, of Sandown, one sister, Zelma Letzelter, of Plymouth, MA, and three nieces. She was predeceased by her sister Norma Szcepanski in 1998 and her brother Silvio Castignoli.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday July 17th at 10:30 at St. Anne’s Parish, Emerson Avenue, Hampstead, NH. Burial will follow in Great Hill Cemetery, Route 121A in Chester, NH. Friends may call on Tuesday July 16th from2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
