WORCESTER___Tracy L. Diaz, 48, of Worcester passed away August 17, 2020 in UMASS Memorial Hospital after a brief but courageous battle with MS.
Tracy is survived by her husband of 22 years, Daniel Diaz, her four children, Ryan Diaz, Mandi Chaffee and her fiancé Derick DeJesus, Jake Chaffee and Lexi Diaz, and her two blessed grandchildren, Jaxen and Jaden DeJesus. Tracy also leaves behind her sister, Stacy Kulma and her husband Zig Kulma and their two children Kyle Harrison and Sadie Kulma. Tracy is the daughter of Ruth Rivard and was predeceased by her father, Greg Rivard. She leaves behind her childhood best friend of 44 years, Tammy Laske. Tracy was rewarded as “Mimi” to her grandchildren that cherished her. She was the light in everyone’s life and will be so deeply missed by all.
Calling hours in DIRSA - MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton Street are Tuesday August 25, 2020 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with current capacity, distancing and mask requirements in place. A prayer service will be held at the conclusion of the calling hours. The funeral service will be private at a later date.
