Wilmene Jacques (76) of Brockton passed away August 13th at home surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of the late Leon Jacques.
She was born in Pigeon, Haiti, daughter of the late Jeremie Jean and Menia (Desamour) Jean. Wilmene was a Home Health Aide and a seamstress. She loved cooking, serving the Lord and the Haitian community.
Wilmene is survived by a daughter, Myrlene and her husband Josue Compere of Tennessee, 3 brothers, George Jean of New York, Henri Jean of Brockton and Kelly Jean of Haiti, a sister Junie Jean of Florida, 2 grandchildren, Sephora and Ketsia.
Funeral Services from the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Friday August 21st at 10 am. Burial to follow in Melrose Cemetery, 88 N Pearl Street Brockton. Viewing from 9 am prior to services.
