Bozena Trezie( Okenka) Todorov, 91, of Millis died Wednesday, August 12 at her home. She was the wife of the late Ilco Stoinev Todorov who died in 2017.
Born in and raised in Moravsky Pisek, Czech Republic, the daughter of the late Antonin and Marie (Vitkova) Okenka, , she lived and worked in the Czech Republic until moving to the United States at the age of 40. She resided in various towns in the Boston area until settling in Millis 20 years ago.
Mrs. Todorov worked various jobs being a Nany to a Caretaker for the Elderly. She loved taking care of others and took great pride in that.
Mrs. Todorov loved gardening, decorating and taking care of her home. It was her pride and joy. She was very family oriented always and did everything possible for her family.
She is survived by her son Otto Todorov of Millis and her daughters Dagmar Todorov of Millis and Jarmila Vaculikova of Moravsky Pisek, Czech Republic and the late Irena Klobaskova.
She was the sister of the late Milan Okenka, Jarmila Kostrhunova and Stepanka Jerabkova.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Alexis Downey and Alexandra, Marco and Isabella Todorov and Tereza Vaculikova , Richard Vaculik and Gabriela Sevelova and was the grandmother of the late Pavel Picek, and is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Filip and Vojtech Sevela.
Her funeral services will be held privately at the request of the family.
