Steve Coan, 63, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Sunday, August 9, 2020, in Ben Hill County, Georgia.
Graveside services will be held 11 AM, August 12, 2020, at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Ben Hill County. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Tuesday evening at the funeral home in Fitzgerald.
Mr. Coan was born July 17, 1957, in Fitzgerald, Georgia, to the late Jesse & Ima Creel Coan. He graduated high school and enjoyed cutting grass. He enjoyed being outdoors and fishing as well as spending time with his friends.
He is survived by a son, Jamie Coan of Corpus Christi, Texas; a granddaughter, Kerston Coan of Corpus Christi, Texas; a sister-in-law, Rachel Coan of Byron; a niece, Pamela Coan and a nephew, Andy Coan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Anthony Coan and a brother, Matthew Coan.
