William C. Deree, Jr., 36, of New Bedford died Saturday, August 8, 2020 at St. Luke's Hospital after a brief illness.
Born in New Bedford, son of William and Deborah (Motta) Deree, he lived in New Bedford all of his life.
Billy was a 2005 graduate of the Kennedy-Donovan Center and attended LifeStream's Day Habilitation Program.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, listening to music, playing ball, walking around Buttonwood Park and Sassaquin Pond, going to the zoo, and watching sports and videos.
He is survived by his parents; his sister, Christina Deree; three nephews; his great-niece; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Billy's family would like to thank the staff at LifeStream, SouthCoast VNA, and St. Luke's Hospital for the compassionate care provided to him during his illness.
