Elsie Jean-Baptiste of Braintree, formerly of Boston and Port-Au-Prince Haiti passed away on her birthday August 5, 2020., she was 63 years old. Devoted mother of Stephane Liautaud. Loving daughter of Esther Jules and the late Max Denis. Dear grandmother of Cameron Liautaud, Ducarmel Derima. Sister of Brunel Goby, Yolette Theodat, Madeline Denis, Max Denis, Jr. Reginald Denis and Amaline Morpeau. Dear great-aunt of Layla Grace Laurent, and aunt of Cybil Theodat-Laurent, Anne-Marie Dorleans and Caroline Jules. Also survived by her cousins: Suzette Jeannot, Nadine Germain , Guilda Jules and children, Marjorie Jean-Louis and children, Sandra Ponsaty and children, Reginald St-Germain and children, Gardy Dupiton. God-daughter and niece; Anne-Marie Dorleans and her Aunt Caroline Jules.
Family and friends will Celebrate Elsie's life by gathering for Visiting hours in the Joseph Russo Funeral Home, 814 American Legion Highway on Friday, August 14 from 6 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be on Saturday, August 15 at the Tabernacle Baptist Church, 575 American Legion Highway, Roslindale at 10 am.
Burial will take place at Saint Michael Cemetery, Roslindale.

All visitors when returning to their cars will please exit the property to allow others to enter.
All visitors will be able to greet family members from a safe distance but not able to touch.
