FALL RIVER - Manuel S. Magan, age 65, residence 25 Shannon St. Fall River, died Saturday in Swansea. He was the former husband of Pauline (Vieira) Magan. He is survived by 1 Daughter: Joyce Pereira of Fall River, 2 Brothers: Henry Magan of Freehold, NJ and George Magan of Fall River, 2 Sisters: Mae Mills of Pawtucket, RI and Geraldine Francoeur of San Francisco, CA, 3 Grandchildren, 3 Great-grandchildren, and Several Nieces and Nephews. He was the brother of the late Eleanor Marques, Jesse F., Raymond P., Robert K. Magan
Born in Somerset, the son of the late Jesse Magan and the late Mabel (Veader) Magan. He was a resident of the Greater Fall River Area for most of his life. He had worked as a Tow Truck Operator for Mathieu Auto Body & Sales in Somerset. He also drove Race Car # 9 at Seekonk Speedway.
His Funeral Service will take place in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 North Main Street on Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery, Somerset. Calling Hours Tuesday 6-8 P.M.
