FALL RIVER – Lauralee A. Almeida, age 59, of Somerset, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2020 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Michael A. Almeida. Born in Haderslev, Denmark, she was the daughter of Irene (Archacki) Jezewski and the late Eugene Jezewski. Lauralee worked as a teacher’s aide at Chace Street School in Somerset. She loved to travel, going to the beach and spending time with her family and dogs.
Along with her husband she is survived by her daughters Allison Almeida of Raleigh, NC and Sidney Almeida of Leominster, MA; brother Stephen Jezewski. She was predeceased by her sister Doreen Spatt.
Her calling hours will take place in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Friday, July 31st from 4-7 P.M. Cremation to follow.
