Corey C. Oliverio, 31, passed unexpectedly the morning of July 27, 2020 in Northwood, NH. Corey grew up in Southern NH with his five siblings as an energetic, loving brother who cherished his family. He graduated Londonderry High School in 2008, where he was a part of the 05-07 Wrestling Team. In the summers he enjoyed spending time with family in Maine and Massachusetts as a camp counselor. After graduation Corey pursued a Bachelors Degree in Business at Rivier College, graduating in 2012. He spent his free time playing sports such as soccer where he was honored the Coaches Award in 2011, as well as assisted in the initiation of Rivier’s first NCAA Division III Lacrosse team that same year. Corey loved spending time working with his hands alongside his father and twin Justin, goofing around with friends, and caring for his dog Moose. Corey was smart, charismatic, strong willed, and passionate in all of his endeavors. After a devastating accident in 2016 which left his lungs damaged and him in need of being on oxygen, he powered through for four years until his successful double lung transplant in November 2019. It was during this time he had strengthened his relationship with God in which he became saved at Cavalry Bible Church in Derry, NH along with his father Chris and step mom Tracey. Earlier this year Corey proposed to his best friend. They were planning a late summer wedding.
He is lovingly remembered by his father Chris Oliverio and his wife Tracey, mother Cynthia (Barg) Giannelli and her fiancé William Brooks, fiancé Mary Kerr, stepchildren Cameron and Eva who he loved like his own, his brothers, twin brother Justin Oliverio and his wife Jennifer, Joshua Oliverio and his wife Meaghan, Jacob Oliverio, Mason Giannelli, and Dalton Giannelli, his grandparents; Joyce Oliverio, Judith Tinker, and Ronald and Joyce Barg; aunts and uncles, including his aunt Danielle Oliverio along with many others friends and family who will miss him deeply especially his cousin Shannon Garner and her husband Josh who he shared a special bond with.
