William Keith Dickenson, age 65, of Red Oak, Virginia, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2020. He was born April 13, 1955 in Halifax County, Virginia and was the son of the late William C. Dickenson, Jr. and the late Janice Clay Phillips.
He was a self-employed Mechanic, worked with horses and built horse barns. Keith loved animals; especially his horses and dogs.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jaqueline Dickenson.
Keith is survived by his daughter, Angela Dickenson (Randy Wray); son, William Keith Dickenson, Jr. (Danielle); grandchildren, Tyler Jones, Brittany Lacks, Gracie Dickenson, Dewayne Wray, and Addison Dickenson; and great-grandson, Ryan Lacks. He is also survived by his brother, Brent Dickenson; sisters, Lisa Austin, Terri Ezell, Christy Poteat, Robin Lloyd, and Amy Hunt; numerous nieces and nephews; devoted friends, Rhonda Hardy and Randy Whirley; and several other close friends.
Graveside services will be held at 7 p.m., Saturday July 25, 2020 at Keith’s Homestead, 1266 Tobacco Hill Road, Red Oak, VA 23964.
