Flossie "Flo" (Landes) Bruehl, 78, of Worcester, died Saturday, July 18th in Rose Monahan Hospice Home surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her husband, Donald "Don" H. Bruehl; two sons, Brent A. Trahan and his wife, Rachel of Hometown, WV and Gregory D. Bruehl of Glens Falls, NY; a daughter, Rebecca J. Osborn and her husband, Matthew of Poultney, VT; two brothers, Charles A. Landes and his wife, Cindy of Thompson's Station, TN and Joe E. Landes and his wife, Janet of Pearland, TX; and five grandchildren, Seth, Quin, Chris, Joseph and Matthew. She was predeceased by a brother, James R. Landes in 2019.
She was born in Stamps, Arkansas the daughter of James E. and Martha E. (Shipman) Landes. Mrs. Bruehl loved time outdoors, whether it was spending time at Tower Hill Botanical Garden, traveling to the Portland Lighthouse, or visiting Old Sturbridge Village where she took photographs. In her free time she also enjoyed knitting and her cats.
Her memorial service will be held at a later date. O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester is assisting the family with arrangements.
