Ana Maria Ortiz (77) of Brockton passed away July 17th at home under hospice care surrounded by her family.
She was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, daughter of the late Abdon Ortiz and Gabina Conrada Cordova. Ana was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses of Brockton. She loved dancing, singing, eating, preaching, playing jokes on others and socializing with family and friends.
Ana is survived by 3 daughters, Maria M. Vazquez-Ortiz, Jacqueline I. Velazquez and Mildred Rodriguez all of Brockton, (mother of the late Jorge Abdon and Evelyn Vazquez), 2 brothers, Ezequiel and Jesus Ortiz Cordova, 3 sisters, Silva, Olga and Carmen Ortiz Cordova, (sister of the late Glady, Rosa and Carlos Ortiz Cordova and Luiz Mercado Santiago), 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Following Cremation, Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
