Randolph "Randy" Zioto of Beverly, MA, formerly of Lowell, MA, and Lexington, MA passed peacefully on July 13, 2020 after living with Parkinson’s Disease for over a decade. He was the beloved husband of Mary Ann (Shelanskey) Zioto.
A graduate of Suffolk University, Randolph spent his career working in medical sales, most recently covering the Boston and New England region for Abbott Laboratories. His family will remember him for his easygoing nature, spirit of adventure, and willingness to lend an ear any time of day or night. He was always smiling while fishing, riding bikes with his kids, grilling for friends, and traveling with his wife. He was known by everyone for his love of food and the joy it brought him.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Zioto is lovingly survived by his children: Andrew Zioto and his wife Julia of Rochester, NY, Kathryn Borges and her husband Frederick of Winchester, and Julia Zioto of Leominster, MA. He also leaves behind his grandchildren Eleanor Mae Zioto and Victoria Borges. He was predeceased by his mother, Mae Zioto, of Lowell, MA.
Due to the precautions with the Covid-19 pandemic, a private Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Church in Winchester. If desired, relatives and friends may join the family for the Commital Services at Wildwood Cemetery, 34 Palmer St., Winchester, on Thursday, July 16th at 12:30pm.
