Sass Sr., George A. "The Lone Ranger"
Born June 23, 1933. The loving husband and companion of the late Joan F. (McCall) Sass. Son of the late Lawrence O. Sr. & Florence (Ayers) Sass. He entered eternal rest on July 9, 2020 after a brief battle with cancer at the age of 87. Although well traveled, George always returned to his roots in his hometown of Randolph.
He is the beloved father of George A. Sass, Jr. of Brockton, Stephen & Lisa Sass of Brockton, predeceased by Gloria Cicerano, John Sass, Sr., Terese Maurice, and Joan Sass.
Devoted brother to Florence (Dolly) Seyfert of Randolph, Ruth Schneider of Holbrook, Mary Flueckiger of Oklahoma, the late Dorothy Macy of Florida, and Margaret (Peggy) Sass, the wife of his late brother and best friend, Lawrence O. Sass, Jr. of Holbrook.
He is the grandfather to 26 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
In honor of George's wishes, there will not be a formal service at this time. The family will have a memorial at a later date to honor his life - TBA.
