Rhett “David” Gray, 53, of Irwin County died Saturday, June 13, 2020, at Baptist Health in Jacksonville, Fl.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
He was born November 15, 1966 to the late Charles J. and the late Betty Gray Hudson in Jacksonville, Fl. Mr. Gray attended high school in Irwin County through the 11th grade. He then transferred to Terry Parker High, where he graduated in 1984. Mr. Gray was Baptist by faith. He worked as a master carpenter for Fickling Brothers of Jacksonville and Crain of Memphis Tennessee. He truly enjoyed gardening.
He is survived by his fiancé’, Julie “Dee” Childers, and her mother Jewl Allday; special family members: Morgan Lindsey and children- Gavin and Kendall, as well as Jennifer Giddens (David) and children Laylah, Bailey and Brystol, sister, Paige Spell Farabow (Michael) of Broxton. Nieces and nephews; Anna H. Spell, Phillip W. Farabow, Sawyer M. Spell, and Grayson Farabow.
