FALL RIVER - Manuel Aguiar, age 87, residence 2446 Highland Ave., Fall River, MA., formerly of 297 No.Quarry St., Fall River, died Monday at the Catholic Memorial Home. He was the husband of Pauline (Thibault) Aguiar. He is survived by Three Sons: Robert Aguiar of Little Rock, AK, Manuel Aguiar and Michael Aguiar both of Fairhaven, MA, Eight Grandchildren Ten Great Grandchildren and Several nieces and nephews. He was also brother of the late Mary Medeiros and Sarah Vieira.
Born in Fall River, MA, the son of the late Manuel Aguiar and the late Augusta (Estrella) Aguiar. He was a life long resident of Fall River. Before retiring, he was a Glue Machine Operator at Lenard Chase Leather Company. He was also a member of Immaculate Conception Church.
His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 No. Main St. on Friday at 8:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Immaculate Conception Church, Thomas St. at 9:00 A.M. Internment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours Thursday 4-8 P.M.
