FALL RIVER – Deborah A. Mendes, age 60, of Assonet, passed away on May 29, 2020 at St. Anne’s Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Mark Mendes. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of Arlene (Travis) Eckard and the late Bert Eckard. Deborah loved to care for her children and grandchildren. Her greatest joy was vacationing to Aruba with her husband. It like her second home.
Along with her husband, she is survived by her sons Gregory and David Mendes; siblings Richard Eckard and Paula Ouellette; 4 grandchildren Devin, Bailey, Riley and Madelyn.
