Shawn M. Tilton, age 41 of Brockton, died unexpectedly May 18, 2020. Born in Boston, Shawn was the son of Richard Tilton of Everett and Cheryl Cook of Brockton. He was raised and educated in Quincy.
Shawn who was creative and energetic had a passion for building and creating things. He was employed as a carpenter and worked for DeZine Landscaping as a landscaper. An avid New England sports fan, he also enjoyed fishing, music, spending time with his family, and grilling at family gatherings.
In addition to his parents, Shawn is survived by his children Shawn Tilton, Jr. of Quincy and Kierstin Tilton of Quincy. He was the brother of Richard Tilton of Stoughton, Jeannie Tilton of Brockton, twin brother of Kerri Tilton of Brockton, Edward Gallagher of Fitchburg, Danny Gallagher of Brockton and the late Keith Gallagher. Shawn is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.
