Carol A. (Krim) McCarthy, age 60, of Norton, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 23, 2020 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro.
Born in Boston, MA on November 18, 1959, she was a loving daughter of the late Marilyn (Curly) Singelais and the late Joseph R. Krim, Sr.
Carol grew up in the Mattapan neighborhood of Boston and was educated in Boston schools. She graduated from St. Clare High School in Roslindale and attended Bunker Hill Community College.
Carol worked in the accounting and secretarial departments at 495 Toyota in Milford. She had made her home in Norton for the past twenty-one years and formerly resided in Abington. When younger, along with her family, she was a communicant of St. Angela’s Church in Mattapan.
Her favorite times by far, were those spent amongst her adoring family. Carol enjoyed gardening, cooking and had a special love for animals, especially her cherished cat “Sweetie”.
She is survived by her devoted daughter Michaela Sullivan of Norton. She was the loving longtime companion of Timothy Roberts of Norton. She was the dear sister of Teresa Mettas and Joseph Krim, Jr. She is also survived by her loving aunt Virginia Berube of Attleboro.
A service in celebration of her life will be held at a later date and place to be announced.
