Mr. James “Jamie” G. Keizl, 58, of Methuen passed away peacefully at Holy Family Hospital. Born in Methuen he had been an area resident all his life. Jamie worked for Ozzy Property Management Co. for 20 years after 20 years of Plumbing for Hoffman and Kelley. He was a coach for girls’ basketball at the former St. Anne Church, as well as the CYO organization. He created a junior bowling program for his kids in North Reading and he was Vice President of Methuen Pop Warner many years. He enjoyed annual hunting trips with his buddies in Vermont. He was an avid Patriots fan with 20 years of season tickets. He was active in a 10-pin bowling league in Lowell and proudly earned his perfect 300 game. He was a member of the Merrimack Valley Golf league. He loved playing pool and singing karaoke at the VFW. He enjoyed annual family vacations to Old Orchard Beach. He proudly hosted the annual Christmas Eve open house complete with his signature seafood scampi. He and his wife loved to travel to Aruba. He was a dedicated son who proudly took his mother to the weekly meat raffle at the VFW. Most of all he loved to be surrounded by his family and friends. Jamie is survived by his loving wife of 31 years Judy (Thibodeau) Keizl of Methuen and their two children Craig Keizl of Methuen, Carolyn Keizl of Haverhill, his mother Carmela Keizl of Methuen, one brother; Walter Keizl and his wife Carolyn of Methuen, one sister; Carla and her husband Daniel McCarthy of Methuen; countless nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mr. Keizl will be private. They are under the direction of Edgar J. Racicot Inc. Funeral Home, 1400 Broadway Rd. Dracut, MA.
