Joseph Vo Van Ngo, 85 and Bay Thi Huynh, 82 of Worcester died Thursday, May 14th within hours of each other in St. Vincent Hospital. They leave their 11 children, Xuan Ngo & wife, Kieu-My Phan, 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren of Jenks, OK; Hieu Ngo & wife, Linda Pham, 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild of Worcester; Thong Ngo & wife, Maily Lam, 2 grandchildren of Yukon, OK; Lam Ngo & wife, Duong Truong, 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren of Fitchburg; Kimchi Ngo, 3 grandchildren of Worcester; Dominic Ngo & wife, Thu Ho, 3 grandchildren of Worcester; Thuy Ngo, 2 grandchildren of Worcester; Anna Ngo Huynh & husband, Matthew Huynh, of Apex, NC; Lynnzie Ngo & husband, Tanh Ta, 2 grandchildren of Shrewsbury; Mikki Ngo & husband, Seth Longley, 1 grandchild and with 1 on the way, of Norwood and Kelly Ngo & husband, Tuan Lam, 2 grandchildren of Raleigh, NC.
They were born in Vietnam and immigrated to America in 1981. They were devout Catholics who thanked the Lord for their many blessings through their generosity to the poor, and donated their time to the church. They were members of Our Lady of Vilna Church in Worcester. They were selfless and worked hard to provide the best for their family.
They were always in love and celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on April 20th. They were inseparable, even in their last moments in life.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM on Wednesday, May 20th in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Private funeral service will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 21st at Our Lady of Vilna Church, 151 Sterling Street. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, 260 Cambridge Street.
