Phyllis L. Boumel

TEWKSBURY: Phyllis L. (Hoare) Boumel, age 88, a longtime Tewksbury resident, passed away at the Blaire House on Friday, April 24, 2020.
She was the beloved wife of Albert F. Boumel, who passed away on December 22, 1998.
Born in Lowell on November 22, 1931, she was the daughter of the late John F. and Eva (Rowe) Hoare.
Phyllis attended Lowell schools and graduated from Lowell High School.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a Dietitian by the Tewksbury School Department.
Phyllis enjoyed many activities especially following the Boston Red Sox.
She was the mother of James Boumel and his wife Brenda of Rochester, NH, Albert Boumel and his late wife Susan of Derry, NH, and Richard Boumel and his late wife Jacqueline of Lowell. She was the sister of, Grace Kelly of Manchester, NH; grandmother of, Kelly L Kennedy, Kevin G Boumel, Daniel E Boumel, Richard Boumel Jr., Sandra Baldwin, Kate Boumel, Jeffery Boumel, Danielle Taranti, and the late James F Boumel Jr.; and great grandmother of Madisynn Boumel, Taylor Kennedy, Tyler Kennedy, Hannah Boumel, Brenden Boumel, Alivia Boumel, Payton Boumel, Cameryn Boumel, MaKenzie Baldwin, Harper Baldwin, Henry Boumel, Christopher Taranti, Rebecca Taranti. Hailey Boumel, and Joshua Boumel.
Due to current public health circumstances, services for Phyllis are private. Interment at Tewksbury Cemetery.
