On April 21st Thomas F. Hanrahan,72 passed away peacefully at MRMC. He was a resident of Genesis Nursing Home in Milford and a longtime former resident of Bellingham Ma. He was born May 24, 1948 in Wellesley Ma to Loretta and Thomas E Hanrahan (deceased) He is predeceased by his wife Kathleen Hanrahan and son David W. Hanrahan. He is survived by his wife Donna Hanrahan and his daughter Kristy Lambert and her husband Dennis Lambert and their children Sean and Dennis. Other close family included are Cousin Karen and her husband Raj, and Diana and her husband Bob.
Tom was one who reached out with a friendly hand for anyone and had a special connection with many people including David’s classmates and friends. Tom had many fond memories of his friends and family. He truly valued being a coach of his son’s basketball team, being a cook like his father at Wellesley college, and a longtime employee of the Star Market Warehouse and a member of the Teamsters. He was a proud veteran of the Army as well.
Due to the COVID-19 at this time services are on hold and will be done at a later at the family’s discretion the family would like to express its gratitude to Genesis Health Care Facility and Milford Regional Medical Center staff for the outstanding care to Thomas.
