David L. Mayor, 47, of Hooksett, died February 13, 2006 at his home after a long illness. He was born October 5, 1958 in Methuen MA, and was the son of Frank Mayor and Patricia Lawrence, of Bedford, NH.
He was a member of Manchester Central High School class of 1977.
He had been in the restaurant business, as well as other professions prior to his illness.
He will be remembered for his extreme patience, and kindness, and a rather quick wit. He loved his children and his family, all sports and fishing.
Family members include his wife of 14 years; Cathy (Beauchemin)Mayor, of Hooksett; 2 children, Rachel Jo, and Ryan David Mayor, of Hooksett; his mother,of Bedford NH; 2 sisters, Diane Kniffin, of Manchester, Nancy Costello, of Deering; a brother, Paul Mayor, of Manchester; aunts, uncles, nieces nephews and cousins.He was predeceased by his father Frank in 1985.
A Funeral service was held Friday February 17, 2006 at Lambert Funeral Chapel, 1799 Elm St. corner of North St.
