Cornelia Carrillo Chanchavac, 68 of New Bedford died April 21, 2020 at St. Luke's Hospital.
Born in Chinique, Quiché, Guatemala, daughter of the late Isabel Carrillo Mejia and Jesus Chanchavac, she lived in New Bedford since 2008.
Survivors include 7 sons, Francisco Rolando Tino Carrillo, Aaron I. Tino, Juan Rumualdo Tino Carrillo, Pedro Ervin Tino Carrillo, Erasmo Catarino Tino Carrillo, Eduardo I. Tino Carrillo, and Jorge Luis Tino Carrillo; a daughter, Manuela De Los Angeles Tino Carrillo; 4 brothers, Javier Carrillo Chanchavac, Santana Carrillo Chanchavac, Paulo Carrillo Chanchavac and Ignacio Carrillo; 4 sisters, Victoria Carrillo Chanchavac, Matea Carrillo Chanchavac, Mercedes Carrillo Chanchavac and Esperanza Carrillo Chanchavac; 22 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
She was the sister of the late Apolinario Carrillo.
Due to the current restrictions on public gatherings, her Funeral Service and burial will be private for immediate family. Arrangements are by the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford.
