Cecelia “SANDY” Arsenault a Salem, NH resident since 1977 and formerly of Lowell, MA died Sunday morning at the Lawrence General Hospital after a brief illness she was 63 years old.
She was born in Dorchester, MA and was educated in Lowell. She was an active member of the Ladies Auxiliary Salem VFW Memorial Post # 8546 in Salem, NH, She was past President of the Auxiliary Pup Tent # 12 in Salem, NH having served 2 terms. She was the Past President of the Grand of New Hampshire from 1993 – 1994. She was a professional clown known as “FLOWER” with the Cooties Pup Tent # 12 in Salem, NH. She enjoyed golfing at Pine Valley Golf Links in Pelham, NH and enjoyed the dogs at Seabrook Racetrack.
Mrs. Arsenault retired in 1998 after 22 years of service from Digital Corporation in Salem, NH as a repair tester.

Lawrence of Dracut, MA
Also predeceased 2 brothers Ernest Atkinson & Leo Corey 2 sisters Irene Lauzier & Cecile Zilli and a great grandson Daniel James Mienkowski Jr.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00am at Mary Queen of Peace Church 200 Lawrence Road in Salem, NH followed by burial in the Salem, NH Veterans Cemetery in Salem Center, NH. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 3-5 & 7-9pm at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home 214 Main Street in Salem, NH
