Doris R. (Cote) O’Connell, 78, of Manchester, died February 13, 2006, at a local health care facility, after a brief illness.
Born in Manchester, April 26, 1927, she was a daughter of Albert L. and Irene (Dionne) Leclerc Sr. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
She worked at J.F. McElwain Shoe Co. for 30 years.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Laurier A. Cote in 1979, and by her second husband, Francis T. O’Connell, in 2002. She was also predeceased by a sister, Pauline Beaulieu.
Family members include two daughters, Patricia A. Lefebvre and her husband Jacques, of Goffstown, and Joyce Rand and her husband Daniel, of Manchester; a son, Michael A. Cote and his fiancee Barbara Bickford, of Gilford; six grandchildren, Michael Labrecque, Jack Lefebvre Jr., Tiffany Crawford, Aaron Cote, Brad Cote, and Jonathan Cote; five great grandchildren, Alex Crawford, Felicia Crawford, Isaiah Crawford, Andre Lefebvre, and Dylan Cote; three sisters, Georgette Marcil, Anita Larochelle, and Connie Robidoux, all of Daytona, FL; three brothers, Albert L. Leclerc Jr. of Manchester, Gerald “Gerry” Leclerc of Ft. Myers, FL. And Sylvio E. Leclerc of Daytona, FL; many nieces and nephews. She leaves her special friends, Bev Riggas, Herve Riel, and Rita Vezina.
A committal service was held Friday February 17, 2006 at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester. Burial followed in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
