George M. Beucler, of North Andover formerly of Medford, passed away at the Lawrence General Hospital, at the age of 88. He was the beloved husband of Ruth (Cabral) Beucler.
He was born in Cambridge and was a 1963 graduate of Bentley College. He was a proud United States Air Force Veteran and honorably served during the Korean War from 1952 to 1956. He worked as an accountant with the Badger Engineering Firm for forty years and also formed the DSR Accounting & Tax Service and actively worked as an accountant for fifty-three years.
Together with his beloved wife Ruth, they enjoyed traveling and were fortunate enough to have traveled all over much of the United States and Europe. George will fondly be remembered for his love and devotion to his family and the many people he worked with professionally over the years.
In addition to his beloved wife Ruth, George is survived by his children; Denise Breen of Methuen, Susan DiGiovanni of Wilmington, Robin Volante of Wakefield, Mark G. Beucler and his wife Karen of Andover, and the late Lesley Beucler who passed at the age of 20 and is forever missed. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Due to the current health pandemic funeral services will be private. George will be laid to rest at Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers contributions may be made in George's memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memorials Processing, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
