Linda C. Bey (71) of Brockton died April 15th in the West Acres Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Leroy Bey.
She was born in Plymouth, daughter of the late Jenny Mendes Fontes and Alfred Fontes. Linda worked as a counselor for the Homeless Shelter in Brockton. Mrs. Bey loved to watch westerns and her favorite show "gunsmoke", dance, take out and especially loved her dog "Precious“.
Linda is survived by 5 sons, Modiah, Messiah, Tomongo, Bahamas Bey and Je Addison all of Brockton, a daughter Isha Bey of Brockton, (mother of the late Elijah and Linda B. Bey), 3 sisters, Dolores Wilder of Brockton, Joyce Davis of Boston and Phillis Fontes of North Carolina, many grandchildren including Laron Bey and girlfriend Junita Hampton and many great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 State, National Mandate and for the Health and Safety of the Community, Services for Linda Bey will be held privately at the family's convenience. Cremation to follow.
