Arlindo Ferreira Cardoso (74) of Brockton died April 11th in the Brockton Hospital.
He was born in Sao Filipe, Fogo, Cabo Verde, son of the late Honorio and Joana Ferreira Cardoso. He was a electronic technician in the United States and worked as a delegate of EMPA in Fogo and Praia, Cabo Verde, also as a teacher in Praia and in civil registration office in Praia, Cabo Verde. Arlindo was a Sergeant in the Portuguese Army.
Arlindo is survived by 4 sons, Derek and Aldrich Mendes, Arlindo and Honorio Cardoso, (father of the late John Cardoso), 2 daughters, Arlinda and Alvarina Cardoso, 4 brothers, Orlando, Daniel, Euquilides and Ernesto Ferreira Cardoso, 5 sisters, Olga and Benvinda Cardoso Rosa, Oddette Ferreira Cardoso, Carmen Cardoso Silva and Idalina Cardoso Amado, many aunts, uncles, nieces. nephews and cousins.
Due to the COVID-19 State, National Mandate and for the Health and Safety of the Community, Services for Mr. Cardoso will be held privately at the family's convenience. Burial to follow in Melrose Cemetery.
