Michelle D. Judge, 41 of Derry, NH died April 7, 2020 unexpectedly from a ruptured brain aneurysm. Michelle was born in Laconia, NH on November 26, 1978, daughter of Susan (Drapeau) Judge and the late James P. Judge. She was raised in Wolfeboro, NH and moved to Derry in 1998. Michelle was employed as an LNA at Derry Health and Rehabilitation.
Everyone who knew Michelle knew she loved to travel the country following Phish, Grateful Dead, and many other groups. She loved her residents very much like they were her own family. She also loved watching National Geographic channel about all the animals in the world, her favorites were lions and penguins. She loved field hockey and skiing and worked as a skiing instructor at Smugglers Notch in Vermont in 2004. She was dedicated and loved her children and Rich. She touched the hearts of everyone she met and always took care of everyone before herself.
Michelle decided to become and LNA after taking care of her father who passed from his courageous battle of cancer. Even though Michelle was suffering from headaches the week before she passed, her only concern was taking care of her residents and family. Her last words to Rich were how she needed to go into work and be there for them. She will be missed dearly by everyone. The impacts she made on her family and friends touched many hearts and she deserves gratitude for all the love, light, and laughter she brought into our world.
Michelle is survived by three children, Corrin Belle Davis, Kayla Ann Davis, and Richard J. Davis, Jr. all of Derry, her longtime partner of 21 years, Richard J. Davis, Sr. of Derry, her mother, Susan J. Judge of Derry, four siblings, Michael Judge of NY, Christopher Smith of PA, Laura Judge of NY, and Kristin Judge of Manchester, NH. She was the granddaughter of Mary Drapeau of NY, the late Charles Drapeau and the late Millicent (Pearsall) Drapeau, also Alfred and Catherine Judge.
All arrangements at this time will be held privately. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, E. Derry. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium of Derry is assisting the family with Michelle’s arrangements.
