Raymond Allen Gerrior, II, 49, of Derry, NH passed away Friday March 13, 2020 in Dorchester, MA after a lengthy battle with addiction. Ray was born May 12, 1970 in Goldsboro, NC and was the son of Raymond and Pamela (Golder) Gerrior. He was raised in a military family and lived in many places as a child including some time in Iran. He spent his junior high and high school years in Berwick, ME.
He enjoyed the outdoors and hiking in the White Mountains and was dedicated to helping others who were struggling with substance issues. He was passionate about his work with children at the Next Level Church where he shared his love for Jesus. Ray was most fulfilled when he was worshipping God or hiking, and for him, hiking was worshiping. Ray will forever be remembered by all who knew him as an avid supporter of the New England Patriots.
In addition to his parents of Derry, he is survived by his son, Christopher Gerrior, of Milford, NH, daughter, Samantha Gerrior, of Milford, a sister, Renée Gerrior and her wife, Deborah Clark of Derry and his fiancée, Cassandra Borne of Rochester, NH.
