Tran Minh Dang, 64, of Worcester died Thursday, March 12th in UMASS Memorial Medical Center – University Campus. He leaves his wife of 45 years, Mai Thi Ngo; three sons, Dung Dang and his wife, Debra, Vietnam Dang and his wife, Andrea and John Dang and his wife, Katie; two siblings, Phuong Minh Dang and Tuyet Minh Dang; ten grandchildren, Jen and her husband, Noel, Doug and his partner, Sergio, Samantha “Sammy”, Mia, Vinny, Brady, Baby Sarah, Tai, Hannah and Lia; two great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Rocco. He was predeceased by two siblings, Tan Ming Dang and Tuan Minh Dang
He was born in Vietnam and immigrated to the United States in 1978. Tran was passionate about fishing and watching football.
His funeral is Monday, March 16th with a service at 12:00 PM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM in the funeral home.
