Brenda Joyce Ottoson, 68, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas, Georgia.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Ottoson was born May 22, 1951, in Fitzgerald, Georgia to the late Charles Harris Stone and the late Joyce Powell Lewandowski. She lived in the community all of her life and worked in security for Burns, Pinkerton and Securitas at Delphi Automotive. Mrs. Ottoson was a wonderful wife and mother and was a very good cook.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Steven Ottoson of Ben Hill County; a son, Michael Charles Retzlaff of California and two grandchildren: Kerensa d’Alquin and Caitlyn Retzlaff. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Carla d’Alquin.
