Mrs. Septana Dorcelus passed away on March 7, 2020.
Septana "Tana" Dorcelus, eldest daughter of Mevoyelle Enade and Juliana Piere was born on March 15, 1927 in Bainet Sud-Est, Haiti.
She was united in holy matrimony to Dormeus Dorcelus in May of 1950. Their union was blessed with nine children. They built a nice home in Port-Au-Prince where they raised their children through adulthood. After Dormeus passed away on JUne 21, 1995, Tana spent the next few years with her daughter, Herncy Enade, in Cotes-De-Fer. In 1999, she migrated to Boston, MA to be with her son Serge Dorcelus and his family.
In 2004, a few years after Serge had relocated to South Florida, Tana also relocated to be with him and his family. She was instrumental in raising Serge's grandson, Jaylen, who was born to her granddaughter, Sergelyn, in 2008. In 2010 Tana became a United States citizen and travelled between Boston and Florida several times. In the summer of 2016, Tana moved back to Boston, where she lived with her sons, Serge, Odner, and Blanc until her passing.
As a result of her generous spirit and pleasant personality, she was loved by many. Her Christian life was as beautiful as the flowers that she loved so well, and her influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her. She quietly departed this life on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 12:59am at Seasons Hospice Center in Milton.
Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her family, which consists of nine children, twenty-nine-grandchildren, and twenty-one great-grandchildren.

Loving mother of Periol DDesirvieres, his wife, Lisbonne Morivae and their 13 children: Jackson, Jany, Dalencia, Mary Sophone, Mary Fonise, Shenchial, Frantz Lot, Jocelyn, Woodley, Loveline, Garoodson, Farah, and Magola. Her son Serge Dorcelus, his wife, Marie Seme,, and their 4 children: Ruth, Sergineau, Betty, Sergelyn, and their offspring; Yashine, Mikey, Lanse, Camron, Jaylen, and Gerald Jr. Her late son Fito Dorcelus, survived by his daughter, Antoinise. Her late daughter Sophone Dorcelus, survived by her son, Johnsonin. Her son Odner Dorcelus, his wife, Chrismene Vilbrun and their 6 children, Moonlight, Parginel, Jordany, Haendel, Chrismonor, Vialy. Her daughter Herncy Enade, her husband, Raymond Pierre and their 3 children; Darvensy, Pearvensy, Reavens. Her son Jean Ferere Enade and his daughter Clenita. Her son Eris Enade, her youngest son Blanc Dorcelus.
AS well as a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and Forever young family.
The family will receive visitors at Saint Angela's Church, 1548 Blue Hill Ave., Mattapan on Saturday March 14 from 9 to 10am., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be at Oak Lawn cemetery, Roslindale.
